Macromedia's Flash Player allows rich content to be displayed on websites, and also allows advanced interactive features to be used.

We use flash extensively throughout the site, including the menu/navigation (with the animated butterfly), and the whole 'Design your own label' system.

Therefore, you must have Flash Player installed to use our website. It is a small, free program, and can be downloaded from here.

Installing the program will not affect any other programs on your PC or Mac. Flash Player is now an accepted standard in web browsing - statistics show over 95% of web users have it installed (it comes pre-installed on most new systems), so we recommend using it.

Cookies
Our ordering system uses 'cookies' to record the items in your shopping cart before you get to the checkout. Cookies are small data files that remember settings and record activity, and are commonly used for pre-filling out forms (so you don't have to re-enter your details over and over) and temporarily holding information that the website requires at a later stage.

Unfortunately, cookies can also be used irresponsibly and can sometimes be used for malicious purposes. As a result, some users stop all cookies by turning their security settings up to a very high level.

If you have cookies blocked or use a browser that doesn't support them, you will not be able to place an order online with us. You can however download the printable order form and place an order that way.

If you use Internet Explorer and you would like to enable cookies, go to Tools, Internet Options, and click on the Privacy tab. Set your security level to Medium, and you will now be able to use cookies on this site, but should still be protected against malicious ones on other sites.
