NORMAL POST
LABELS - Normal postage 2.00 per order - dispatched within 3-5 working days from date of payment is received at office. Business days are Monday-Friday. Public Holidays and Postal holidays can affect these times due to austpost closure. This product will arrive normally into your mailbox in a Envelope type pack. Where you order both label and gift type products as below we hold your label order for up to 5 days to send with gift products together. If you want your label product sent ahead then you will need to email info@identikid.com.au and make request.
NON-LABEL PRODUCT 2.00 per order All Products other then labels are dispatched within 3-5 business Days OR as specified on actual product page when ordering ALL CURRENT DISPATCH TIMES ARE DISPLAYED ON EACH PRODUCT PAGE if there is any delays on a product it is noted on the actual product page.
If you need products by a specific date please let us know and where possible we will try and accomodate but in peak times such as JANUARY see product pages for current turnaround times of each product...We do however at high demand periods try to expediate every order but those that pay for the express option do get priority! Express ordering is extra $9.50 AUD. If you want something quickly use the xpress service option or expect the dispatch in advertised time.
EXPRESS SERVICE 9.50 only on Label products, all other products are sent within the specified time frame of product- see individual products page for specific times and turnaround times. Express label orders are dispatched within 2 working days from date of payment received from NSW via Startrack. Allow up to 3-4 days for delivery. You can track your order via startrack website. If you have given a email and street address when ordering we will send an email with your tracking no when your order leaves our office. PO boxes can only be sent via Aust Post express post service (this service is untrackable) so use a street address where possible when requesting express service. You can contact us via email info@identikid.com.au with a another address if you prefer for courier. Someone should be at the address specified for the delivery (a work address is suitable if you are a working parent). Direct debits can take up to 48 hours for payment to appear so best to pay via c/card for a speedy dispatch! Xpress Delivery Overseas 45.00 AUD Allow up to 4-7 business days to most countries. Fully trackable.
