We have tried to make our ordering system as easy as possible.
You can order online with ease (even for the novice).
Or simply call us 1300 133 949 between 9.00am - 4.00pm AEST weekdays, you need to look over the website and decide on your product choices, colours and designs.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made by:
- Credit Card (online)
- Deposit into identikids Account (See deposit details below)
- Credit Card (over the phone by next business day)
- Money Order (via mail)
- Paypal using email anne@identikid.com.au
All online orders are taken through our secure server, so you can be sure your details will be safe. Credit Cards will be debited in Australian Dollars.
Conversions to your currency may differ slightly on your Credit Card statement as payments to foreign cards are processed by the banks at night and the Exchange Rate may have changed from when your order was submitted. The exchange rate is updated daily but minor variations will occur.
Refunds will be made in Australian Dollars only. The daily exchange rate may affect your refund amt.
NB: Orders stay current for payment for up to 10 days.
